- We deliver across Pakistan via Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 working days depending on your city.
- A shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000. Orders at or above that amount ship free.
- Our team will call you on the phone number provided at checkout to confirm your delivery address before dispatch.
- For bulk or institutional orders, delivery timelines may vary — please contact us for details.
Returns & Exchanges
- If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, to be eligible for return or exchange.
- Custom-branded items made to a specific institute's specifications are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
